We always build to local council environmental specifications as a bare minimum, and happily increase the level of sustainability dependant on our clients' individual requirements.

When involved in the design aspect of our clients' homes, we are strong enthusiasts of houses with sustainable design that adhere to values of energy conservation. As part of this, houses are built to be energy efficient, and to do this, the designs make the most of our state's high available level of solar energy. Landscaping is executed with low water requirements, meaning our water resources are conserved.
