Prior to Empire being founded in 2006, Managing Director, Andre Malecky was the Construction Manager of a prestigious luxury home builder, where building design was a specialty for both local and international clientele.

Today Andre works with both external contemporary designers and architects as well as having in house design capabilities at the Empire Building Company. These design capabilities are available to Empire clientele and are a prominent component to creating the most sophisticated and stylish homes.
